Relationship Management

Our relationship management is an integral part of our business and a critical success factor in all of our engagements. Our methodologies and the supporting technology have been driven by client needs and developed over time as a result of best practices.

The account teams are staffed with the required Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and balanced to manage the appropriate workload of each account dictated by defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Scorecard capabilities to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations. We deliver our services with a world-class service level. A dedicated team lead serves as the primary liaison for all client contacts and is responsible for all client interactions to include regularly scheduled review meetings. You will have direct access to your team lead on a daily basis to interact regarding the program. You will also be assigned a dedicated account team to manage all facets of your program.

Your dedicated account team is comprised of marketing professionals that will immerse themselves into your company to provide marketing expertise that will help shape your program and evolve it to meet all of your business needs.

In addition, you will be provided access to our Teleformix Client Action Request (TCAR) system:

TCAR provides desktop access to initiate project requests, change requests, etc., that are then instantly put into queue with the team leader. They are reviewed and then assigned a course of action for which you can track assignment, priority, status and ultimately resolution.
